Farrell Exteriors respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us about paving, fencing, driveway or landscaping work, how we use it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, the location of the property and a description of the work you would like quoted. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
How we use your information
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a site visit and carry out any work you go on to accept. We may keep records of completed jobs for warranty, insurance and accounting purposes. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Sharing and third parties
We share information with others only where it is necessary to deliver your project — for example with suppliers of paving, fencing or turf materials — or where we are required to do so by law. This website may embed a Google Map so you can see our service area; Google may set its own cookies when that map loads.
Keeping and deleting your information
Enquiry details are kept only as long as they are useful for quoting and follow-up, and job records are kept while any warranty or legal obligation applies. You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
