Power Washing & Resealing

Paving does not need replacing nearly as often as people think — most tired driveways and patios simply need a proper clean and reseal. We provide professional power washing and resealing across Laois and Carlow, removing years of dirt, moss, algae and staining to reveal the surface underneath.

For robust surfaces such as concrete, block paving and tarmac we use pressure washing to lift ingrained grime, oil marks and weed growth. For more delicate finishes — natural stone, older render, painted surfaces — we use a lower-pressure soft wash with cleaning solution so nothing is scored or damaged. Joints are then re-sanded where needed so the paving locks back together.

Resealing is the step that protects the work. A quality sealer deepens the colour, resists oil and organic staining, slows moss and weed return in the joints, and adds a layer of weather protection. If you already have paving installed, this is the maintenance service that keeps it looking new for years rather than replacing it early.
